WWE SmackDown! Here Comes the Pain is a wrestling game released on the PlayStation 2 by THQ and developed by YUKE’s Future Media Creators. (Something i added that isn't from Unseen64's article) Ever further proof of this comes from Wikipedia.
The Ultimate Warrior, Hulk Hogan, and Jeff Hardy were supposed to be in this game but were later scrapped, proof of this is that their select screen images are still on the game disc.

(Another thing not noted on the article on Unseen64 is that in the Ultimate Warrior video shown, in the Beta they still used the exact Hell in a Cell Model from WWE SmackDown!: Shut Your Mouth! this was changed by the final version.)
